This Privacy Policy explains how Brandamin (operated by George Fragkakis, based at 22 Ifigenias Street, Athens, Greece) collects, uses, and protects your data when you visit https://brandamin.com or use any of our tools or forms.

1. Data we collect

  • Form submissions (contact form, Brief Generator, Hook Analyzer email gate): name, email, company, project details, and any free-text content you provide.
  • Tool inputs (URLs, pitches, brief answers): submitted to Anthropic's API to generate the result. Stored long-term only if you submit your email to receive the output.
  • Analytics: usage data via Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Until you accept cookies, only anonymous, cookieless pings are sent; with consent, Google sets measurement cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Server logs: IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Deleted after 30 days.

2. Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest: responding to your inquiries, fraud prevention, security.
  • Consent: storing your email for follow-up tool deliveries and project communication.
  • Contract: delivering services you commission.

3. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months after last contact. Tool inputs are not stored long-term unless tied to an email submission. Project files are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

4. Third-party processors

  • Anthropic — AI generation (tool inputs and outputs)
  • Google (Gmail API) — outbound email delivery
  • Hostinger — hosting and storage
  • Google (Analytics) — aggregate usage measurement (Consent Mode v2)
  • ScrapingBee — fetching public homepage content for the Hook Analyzer

Each processor has a Data Processing Agreement in place with Brandamin.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@brandamin.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the EU. Where this is the case, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Cookies

We use no cookies for analytics. If we ever add cookie-based features, we'll add a consent banner before doing so. See our Cookie Policy for details.
